FAQ’s
1. What ages do you accept?
Our program is offered to young men ages 14 – 21.
2. Is your program just for boys?
Currently, our program is only offered to young men.
3. Will you accept someone taking prescription medication?
Due to the fact that medication modifies behaviors, we do not accept anyone that must be on prescription drug medication. However, we have found that most doctors will release the student from medication in order to enter our program. This does require a letter from your son’s physician.
4. Do you take insurance?
We currently do not accept any form of insurance.
5. Can my son continue to go to school while in the program?
Yes, we offer Faith Academy to all of our qualifying students.
6. What is Faith Academy?
Faith Academy is a high school located in Loganville, Georgia with branch offices located in Stockbridge, Buford, Conyers and Locust Grove. Faith Academy is a SACS accredited high school under CITA protocol. Faith Academy is a school with a non-traditional approach to education. We have a “non-traditional” design for instruction. Our method of instruction involves a highly disciplinary approach and assists the student’s ability to work independently. Faith Academy is also accredited by The Accrediting Commission for Independent Study (ACIS) and The Georgia Accrediting Commission (GAC).
7. When will I be able to visit my son?
There is a 30 day minimum no contact policy so the family and the student have the opportunity to focus on themselves. However, the family is required to attend at least one Family Recovery sessions within their student’s first 30 days. This will allow the family to get acclimated to the process and begin to make connections with other families. There are also Saturday visitation opportunities for the family depending on the student’s current status.
8. Is there any help or support for the family?
It’s our desire to see the entire family participate in the process. We offer Family Recovery classes on Sunday afternoons.
9. What does the “Christ-centered” term mean in the mission statement?
We believe long-term life change can only happen through the power of Christ. Therefore, our teachings and our curriculum are centered on the message of hope that Christ offers.
10. Does my son have to be a Christian to come to 3 Dimensional Life?
No, it is not a requirement to be accepted into our program. However, the environments created at 3 Dimensional Life are will present an opportunity for students to consider the life changing power Christ has to offer.
11. Is there a “home church” that the students will attend?
Yes, Free Chapel in Gainesville, GA is our home church. It’s a non-denominational church that offers incredible worship and life changing messages.
12. Will my son be able to earn money while attending?
No, it’s our desire that the student’s primary focus is changing their lives.
